An Outstanding Lash Training Experience with Immaculate Lashes by Alicia

I honestly couldn’t recommend Alicia’s lash course enough! From start to finish, the entire experience has been absolutely brilliant, and I’m genuinely so pleased with the investment I’ve made.

As soon as I made my payment, Alicia arranged for my full training kit to be sent out straight away. Everything arrived in excellent condition, and the kit was thoughtfully put together with everything I needed to get started without feeling overwhelmed. The equipment was easy to work with, and the course itself was incredibly well structured, making it easy to follow, understand and put into practice. I was able to complete the online course within just a couple of days!

The theory was exceptionally detailed and informative, covering everything in depth while still being explained in a clear, straightforward and easy-to-understand way. Alicia doesn’t sugar-coat anything; she gives you the honest information you need to learn properly and build a solid foundation. I particularly liked that there was a quiz at the end to test my knowledge and make sure I had understood the material.

What really made this course stand out for me, though, was Alicia herself. She was consistently supportive, approachable and responsive throughout the entire process. She regularly checked in to see how I was getting on, offered guidance whenever I needed it and made sure I never felt as though I was left to figure everything out on my own. Her willingness to help and genuine interest in my progress made such a difference. It honestly feels as though I’ve gained not only valuable training but also a lovely friendship along the way!

Not only does she make you feel comfortable — she listens to ANYTHING. So technically you also get a free venting session with your lash appointment too. And with the listening she listens to how you want your lashes to look. And she pulls through every single time! Never once have I been unhappy with my lashes. And they last longer than I’ve ever had with other lash techs. I went on holiday for 2 weeks going in pool water etc and when I came back home they still looked like they didn’t need infills for at least another week and a half.
